Who We Are

Liz Zorn Atelier is a small independent maker of perfumes and related products. Created exclusively by Liz Zorn for retail sale on this website.

We reserve the right to change, alter and or discontinue any product at any time for any reason.

Our products are made by hand in small batches. Exclusive to our Ohio Atelier and related studio space. For sale on this website, direct to customer.

Ingredients

Our perfumes are of a nature that combines high quality natural, botanical and natural derivatives, scent materials, raw materials such as resins and balsams and quality perfumers grade aroma materials. Our perfumes have a high concentration of natural materials,

Our alcohol based perfumes are made with Organic Cane spirits.

We do not use phthalates, parabens, propylene glycol, denaturants, colorants or fragrance enhancers.

Cruelty Free

Our perfumes and personal care products are created without the use of animal derived ingredients such as beeswax, honey or animal musks.

Your privacy is important to us. We do not share, sell or trade your personal information, customer information, email, contact information for any reason.

We do not send out spam mailings, nor do we share our mailing lists, subscribers lists to outside parties.

The only mailings you should ever receive from Liz Zorn Atelier are specifically order related and subscriber related. When orders are placed, we send a confirmation email and an email when orders are shipped.

If we have a question about your order we will contact you directly with the email you have provided, including a copy of your invoice.

We will from time to time, send out mailers to our subscribers list, that you have signed up for, If you no longer want to be a subscriber there is a place within each mailer to unsubscribe.

Shipping

We use UPS Ground and USPS First Class Ground for all of our online shipping. Sample orders and small orders under 1lb will usually ship USPS while larger orders ship via. UPS Ground.

We ship exclusively within the Continental United States.

International orders and overseas and non US customers must use a forwarding service with an US address. We do not ship any orders direct that require air or freight shipping, shipping brokers, customs forms or certificates.

It is the express responsibility of the purchaser to divulge any and all information pertaining to shipped products to their forwarding service of choice, and compliance to those terms is in no way the responsibility of Liz Zorn Atelier, Liz Zorn Mixed Arts LLC or any of our companies or brands.

ORDERS

We do not under any circumstance, combine orders, make changes to orders once they are placed or swap out products for similar products. Each order has a unique order number. If you place two orders, you will receive two invoices and we will ship orders directly pertaining to individual invoices, no exceptions.

Return Policy

All Sales Are Final. We Suggest Ordering Samples Prior To Full Size Purchase If Unsure, As We Do Not Accept Returns On Products Once They Have Left Our Facility.

Sampling

We provide small trial size samples of our products for purchase on our website. It is encouraged that customers not familiar with our brand try a small sample first before purchasing larger full size bottles.

Safety

The end user is fully and solely responsible for the safe use of our products. We assume no responsibility or liability for any claims arising out of the use or misuse of our products. We recommend testing our perfumes on a small area of skin to check for any possible allergic reactions. If redness, burning, itching or irritation occurs, stop using the product immediately and wash with soap and water to clean the affected area.
