POLICIES
Online Sales: All sales made through
this website are processed through our Liz Zorn Perfumes LLC
merchant account and through paypal.
Order Minimums: We have a 15.00 minimum
on orders. Not including tax and/or shipping.
Discounts/Vouchers: If you have a discount
voucher or code, please enter it at checkout. The amount, percentage,
of the voucher will be deducted from your order.
Call in
orders
Are processes through our stores offline merchant account. This
is a separate (land line) processing account, and does not go
through the computer.
Returns: Unopened packages
may be returned, no later than fifteen days from date of purchase.
Shipping packages that have been opened and resealed are not
eligible for return. No exceptions.
Damaged
Goods:
We will offer a full refund, minus shipping charges, and processing
fees. for any damages incurred during shipping. Contact shipper
to report damages and file a damage report before returning package.
Liability: Liz Zorn Perfume LLC, claim no liability for
the misuse or abuse of our products. We recommend that when purchasing
our products, try a sample to see if the product is of a compatible
nature. Our perfumes are meant to be worn on the skin in small
amounts at the pulse points. Or rubbed sparingly to the tips
of the hair. It is not recommended that fragrance be applied
to areas of the face and eyes, or on delicate areas of sun exposed
skin. Our perfumes contain either a blend of all natural, or
mostly natural, botanical ingredients,including essential oils
derived from plants. Citrus oils, Florals, Balsams, Resins and
Spice Oils. They are of a dilution that is considered safe by
industry standards. Yet, we can not predict how an individual
will react to our product. If any itching, redness or allergic
symptoms occur. Wash area with clean water. And stop using the
product.
